Joining a cohort starts with a short conversation, not a signup form.
Before any team joins a session, we spend time understanding what data is already being collected. That conversation shapes which modules make sense first.
Four steps, spread over a couple of weeks before the first session
Intro call
A short call to talk through your team's current tracking setup, reporting habits, and what you are hoping to get out of the program.
Data readiness check
We look at what exports or dashboards are already available, so the first module does not stall on access issues.
Cohort placement
Your team is scheduled into the next available cohort, or, for larger teams, a dedicated session slot if timing does not align.
First working session
Sessions begin with module one, reconstructing a real path from your own anonymized data alongside the rest of the group.
Delivered remotely, in small groups, with room for larger teams on request
Sessions are held over video call in small cohorts so there is time for every team's data to get real attention. Companies with several marketers wanting to attend together can also request a private cohort scheduled around their own calendar.
Pricing and scheduling details are shared during the intro call, since they depend on cohort size and whether a private session is needed. There is no fixed public price list on this site because the format varies by team.
A short checklist before your first session
None of this needs to be perfect. Bring what you have and the first session will help identify the gaps.
- Access to an export of session or event-level data from your main analytics tool, even a rough sample
- A short note on how your team currently reports conversions, whatever the current method looks like
- A list of the two or three channels your team spends the most time debating internally
- Someone on the call who can answer basic questions about how tracking is implemented
- A willingness to look at incomplete or messy data without needing it cleaned up first
