These terms set out the conditions under which the hotilo.info website may be used and under which a marketing team may take part in the training program described on it. By using this website or enrolling in a cohort, you accept the terms below.
A. Acceptance of these terms
Access to and use of this website is conditional on acceptance of these Terms of Use in full. If any part of these terms is unacceptable, the appropriate course of action is to discontinue use of the website and, where applicable, not proceed with enrollment in the training program.
B. Description of the service
Hotilo provides an educational training program in customer journey analytics for marketing teams, delivered through live remote sessions, written workbooks, and reference templates. The program is informational and instructional in nature. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice, and does not guarantee any specific business outcome, conversion rate, or performance improvement.
C. Eligibility and enrollment
Enrollment in a cohort is arranged directly with Hotilo following an introductory call, as described on the Get Started page of this website. Hotilo reserves the right to decline enrollment where cohort capacity, scheduling, or subject matter fit does not allow for participation, without obligation to state a reason beyond scheduling constraints.
D. Use of website content
All text, graphics, and layout on this website are provided for general informational purposes about the training program. Reasonable personal use, such as reading and sharing links to pages on this site, is permitted. Reproducing substantial portions of this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission is not permitted.
E. Intellectual property
Materials created for the training program, including workbooks, templates, and recorded session content, remain the intellectual property of Hotilo unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participants may use these materials internally within their own organization for the purpose the program was intended, but may not redistribute them externally or resell them without permission.
F. No professional guarantees
Nothing on this website or delivered as part of the training program should be understood as a guarantee of any particular business result. The methods taught are informational and educational in nature, applied to data supplied by participating teams, and outcomes depend on factors outside the control of Hotilo, including the quality and completeness of a team's underlying data.
G. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Polish law, Hotilo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in the training program, including any decisions made by a marketing team based on methods taught during sessions. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under the Polish Civil Code.
H. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the training program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seat of Hotilo in Kraków, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.
I. Amendments
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. The version published on this page with the most recent date at the top applies to any use of the website or enrollment initiated after that date. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
